Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

The role:
Are you a social media and digital wizard with a flair for crafting captivating content? The Nude Alchemist is seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our small team for our passionate, kiwi-founded and women-led personal care product business. As we experience growth, we need support with marketing and administration in this newly created role. You'll contribute to our organic social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and bringing our brand to life with compelling content while nurturing our community to truly feel part of our Nudist community. You will also handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting broader marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management:
- Help to manage and grow The Nude Alchemist's presence on organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Oversee the day-to-day scheduling and monitoring of organic social media channels.
- Create an A+ experience with our community through prompt DM, comment replies, and engagement with other brands/creators.
- Be part of developing and executing creative and memorable content strategies that align with our marketing calendar.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and videos that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise content performance and identify opportunities.
- Help to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, from content creation to audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Optimize content across all marketing channels (work smarter, not harder).
Administrative Tasks:

Support various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct marketing research as part of a broader strategy.
Content Creation:

Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.

Seek influencer opportunities through our community and beyond to gain UGC

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication or marketing (preferred, but not mandatory).
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Skilled in juggling deadlines and BAU tasks while staying true to the brand voice and aesthetic.
- Interest in (or ideally love of) personal care products and a solid grasp on how to communicate tactile products in a digital space.
- Ability to take responsibility, accountability, and ownership of your role.
- Confidence to bring ideas to the table.
- Experience with Klaviyo.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Hours: 5-10 hours per week, on a casual, or permanent part-time basis with the potential for more hours for the right candidate.
- Flexible hours working alongside Sara, the Founder/Director.
