Mumma's Massage Rub is a nourishing balm to soothe tired muscles, aches and pains. Fantastic and safe for use during all stages of motherhood, including breastfeeding and pregnancy. 

This formulation contains an arnica infusion that assists with circulation into injured, bruised or inflamed tissues and helps with joint stiffness, supported with a synergistic blend of essential oils known for their musculoskeletal properties.

Initially developed for use in a physiotherapy practice, this is an excellent addition to the bathroom cabinet.

Motherhood can be tough on the body; make sure you look after yourself too!

Packaged in a 30g or 60g amber glass jar.

APPLICATION

Apply to affected area and massage in.

Arnica montana flower infused in Olea europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Cera alba*, GMO-free Tocopherol, Fragrance (Parfum)**, Citronellol**, Geraniol**, Linalool**, Limonene**. *certified organic **from natural essential oils

PRECAUTIONS

External use only. Do not apply to open wounds or broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes & mucous membranes. A patch test prior to use is recommended. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Pregnancy craving

This product started off a massive craving and obsession for balms. This has been my all round favourite product. I used it for all sorts. This product is oily (duh haha) but when I was looking at oils I couldn't cope with the just straight oils because of the texture. This was amazing it has a calming and cooling type feel. I used it for pregnant pains, to help my muscles when I fractured my back etc and now use it for my Endo pain teamed with a heat pack. I'm sure it's not needed but have added a video to show consistency. This has been the most helpful and uplifting/calming product for me and hope to see more Māmā investing in some as a treat for themselves.

Smells Great

I've only managed to convince my man to give me one massage since I bought this, but man does it smell good! Love the feeling of it on my skin too.

Mummas massage rub

I absolutely love this product!! I suffer from really bad endometriosis and pcos so each month have really bad flare ups. This month I used this balm on my lower tummy and back and it was almost like instant relief! Slight discomfort but I would say atleast 80% relief. It’s very hard to find relief from my condition so I will definitely keep using this product 😘
