The Nude Alchemist will not be held liable for any parcel missing in transit. All parcels are tracked with a reputable courier service and tracking number is sent to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to chase up any order after it has left The Nude Alchemist's premises on the designated service. For NZ customers, you must inform us within 5 working days from the time of despatch if you are having issues locating your parcel. We will do our best to assist with any issues.
