Like any business, we, too, are faced with regular challenges! Currently, we are battling with our latest shipment of paper tubes. Seriously, sometimes looking after the environment and selecting more environmentally-friendly options come with its challenges and price!
We seem to have an issue with the glue, which appears to be heat sensitive, so they begin to unravel when we fill the tubes with the warm product.
With our low-waste ethos in mind, we have saved them with some labels and have listed them as seconds at a discounted price on our website. Of course, the product functionality is not compromised, just the aesthetics!
