With busy lives and families, everyone in the household must grab those much-needed zzz's when night falls. An excellent addition to your nighttime routine to gently ease into the evening is the topical application of our Magnesium Rescue, a hydrating and nourishing all-natural plant-butter-based product.

All three of our formulas contain a whopping 9% magnesium chloride, the topical application of which helps to support a healthy and restorative sleep naturally, as well as normal functioning of muscle, body and mind.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that our bodies need to function optimally. Diet, lifestyle, daily stresses, and illness can impact our intake and reserves. In the United States, studies reflect that up to 90% of the population is deficient in magnesium. Supplementing to maintain overall health and wellness can be beneficial.

Topical application is easy to apply, quickly absorbed into the skin and thus into the body, and makes it easier for localised targeting.

For those who have difficulty winding down before bed and need all the help with relaxation and sleep, two of our formulas (kids for 2yrs+ and adults 10yrs+) contain essential oils for a calming, soothing, and sedating atmosphere to support a peaceful, uninterrupted night of rest.

All formulations are great for massage and are helpful in soothing tired and overworked muscles post-exercise, and do not result in itchiness.

Please be aware this formulation is primarily made up of plant butter; it is not a balm, which means you will need to store it somewhere cool during the summer months.

APPLICATION

Apply a liberal amount to tired muscles, dry skin or stomach area and rub in well. Apply nightly before bed to nourish skin, provide a boost of magnesium, and promote restorative relaxation and sleep.

Old Achy Muscles

I brought some magnesium rescue to try myself, however I ended up giving it to my 78 year old mother, who wasn’t sleeping well due to some very achy muscles. It worked so well that now my 81 year old father is also using it, and I had to buy them some more for Christmas.

Magnesium Rescue

I’ve purchased this on recommendation from colleagues as we can all sometimes have a hard time winding down after a long day and shift changes. This has helped me on those nights to relax and sleep easier.

Growing pains be gone!

Thank you a millions times over! Recently I brought the kids magnesium rescue as I we were at our wits end of being sleep deprived. I could could on two hands how many full nights sleep we had since she was born. Game changer! She is now sleeping most nights 7pm through to 530-6am! We have had the odd wake up but easily put back down and no night time bottle needed! Winning!!
