Production & Packaging Assistant

We’re The Nude Alchemist - a small, hands-on skincare brand—and we’re looking for a Production & Packaging Assistant to help us bring our products to life.

This isn’t just sticking labels on jars.

It’s being part of the process that gets our products into the hands of real families who rely on them.

What you’ll be doing:

• Hand-labelling products (neat, consistent, and done right every time)
• Assisting with small-batch manufacturing (you’ll see how it all comes together)
• Keeping production flowing—cleaning, assembling, organising, and spotting when something’s off

Who this suits:

• You notice the details (and crooked labels aren’t “close enough”)
• You’re reliable and actually show up when you say you will
• You’re happy doing hands-on, practical work
• You can move at a good pace without cutting corners

Bonus: If you’re studying marketing/comms and love creating content, there’s room to get involved there too—but this is first and foremost a production role.

We’re a family-run business, which means what you do here matters.

Every product you touch is going to a real customer—often a tired mum who genuinely needs it.

The details:

• Ongoing role
• $24 per hour
• Flexible hours, Monday–Friday (we can work around uni schedules). No weekend work.
• Opportunity to grow with the business
