With busy lives and families, everyone in the household must grab those much-needed zzz's when night falls. An excellent addition to your nighttime routine to gently ease into the evening is the topical application of our Magnesium Rescue, a hydrating and nourishing all-natural plant-butter-based product. 

All three of our formulas contain a whopping 9% magnesium chloride, the topical application of which helps to support a healthy and restorative sleep naturally, as well as normal functioning of muscle, body and mind. 

Magnesium is an essential mineral that our bodies need to function optimally. Diet, lifestyle, daily stresses, and illness can impact our intake and reserves. In the United States, studies reflect that up to 90% of the population is deficient in magnesium. Supplementing to maintain overall health and wellness can be beneficial.

Topical application is easy to apply, quickly absorbed into the skin and thus into the body, and makes it easier for localised targeting.

For those who have difficulty winding down before bed and need all the help with relaxation and sleep, two of our formulas (kids and adults) contain essential oils for a calming, soothing, and sedating atmosphere to support a peaceful, uninterrupted night of rest.

All formulations are great for massage and are helpful in soothing tired and overworked muscles post-exercise, and do not result in itchiness.

Please be aware this formulation is primarily made up of plant butter; it is not a balm, which means you will need to store it somewhere cool during the summer months.

Lost track how many times I've bought this!

I have a son who is prone to growing pains and after many nights of him waking up in pain I started using this and NAs growing pain cream (which is also fantastic). Now that he doesn't get growing pains very often I still use that Magnesium cream as a preventative and to help settle him and my daughter in the evening. I've even rubbed some on my neck when it's feeling stiff and sore. What a winner!

Magnesium Cream works!

I bought this to help with family aches and pains. My 5yo was complaining that her knee was hurting. I rubbed some magnesium cream in at night, and the next day she said it had stopped hurting.

I find magnesium much better applied to the skin to be absorbed, than trying to get it absorbed through our tummy by taking tablets (which often upset the gut).

I'm supper happy! I definitely reccomend this product!

I was hopeful

After reading so many amazing reviews I thought I’d give this a product a go on my toddler. It smells good and I like the eco packaging. Unfortunately it has had no effect on her. I’ve continued to use it for weeks, hoping that maybe it will just take a while to kick in. Disappointed that it didn’t work for us but it looks like we are just very unlucky.
