Magnesium Rescue

I have 3 year old twins, one who is autistic. She would take so long to wind down at night, sometimes still awake talking at 10:30pm. Her brain just would not let her shut off, and she wasn't getting enough sleep. I started using this Magnesium Rescue after reading the fantastic reviews, and I am so blown away. It works!! I rub it on her chest and arms before bed, and now she is asleep most nights by 8:00-9:00pm or earlier (a big improvement on 10:30pm). I can not recommend this product enough, thank you Nude Alchemist for making such an amazing product!

I started using this when our 3 year old started waking up crying and was difficult to resettle, it seemed like growing pains and I thought this was worth a try as we've been so happy with other products from Nude Alchemist. There's some question as to if topical magnesium is effective so I wasn't convinced it would work but I thought, it smells nice and it's a nice part of bedtime anyway. Honestly, it's like night and day when we use this. She sleeps all night! The odd time that we've run out or forgot it, she wakes up crying 3-4 times a night. Absolute believer, if you are reading this, just try it and I hope it works for your family too!

I was fortunate enough to gain an adult magnesium rescue with my last order (I had been planning to get thank you).

I have such bad sleep issues and I've tired so many things over the years. But nothing had made such a difference like this. I apply to my shoulders every night and instead of tossing and turning for HOURS im asleep in about 1 hour. And even more importantly sleeping though the night.
I also get random calf cramps (usually flare up at night) and I've been using this on my calf muscles and it relieves the muscles.

My 7 year old sleeps soundly every night with the magnesium rescue applied before bed. A couple of times we have forgotten and the difference in her sleep in very noticeable, restless and teeth grinding. Wouldn't be without this product now.
