1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is The Nude Alchemist, of 15 Elmdale Lane ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

1.3 By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.


2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over with a valid New Zealand delivery address.

2.2 The following people cannot enter: employees of the Promoter, their immediate families (spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling) and anyone involved in running or promoting this giveaway, including agencies and contractors.

2.3 We may ask the winner for proof of age, identity and residency before awarding the prize.


3. Promotion period

3.1 The promotion opens at 12:00am NZDT on Wednesday 18 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday 22 November 2026 ("the Promotion Period").

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.


4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period you must:

• Be subscribed to the Promoter's marketing emails
• Add one or more eligible products to your cart at https://www.nude-alchemist.com/
• Leave those products in your cart without completing a purchase for the promotion period

4.2 Your cart must be linked to your subscribed email address. This happens when you are logged in to your account, have clicked through to our website from one of our emails, or have entered your email in our giveaway sign-up form on that device. Carts we cannot link to a subscribed email cannot be counted as entries.

4.3 Once you have entered, we will email you a confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of adding to your cart, please contact us at hello@nude-alchemist.com.

4.4 Each person can receive one standard entry. Using multiple email addresses, accounts or false details will disqualify all of that person's entries.

4.5 If you unsubscribe from our marketing emails before the draw, your entry will be removed.

4.6 No purchase is necessary to enter.


5. The prize

5.1 There is one prize: the products in the winner's cart, up to a maximum retail value of $200 NZD including GST.

5.2 The winning cart is the cart recorded at the time of the winner's entry.

5.3 If the winning cart is worth more than $200, the winner may choose which items from the cart to receive up to that value or pay the difference to receive the full cart.

5.4 The following are not eligible to be part of the prize: gift cards.

5.5 If any item is out of stock or discontinued, we will substitute a product of equal or greater value, or another item of the winner's choice up to the same value.

5.6 Delivery within New Zealand is included. We will aim to dispatch the prize within 5 working days of the winner confirming their details.

5.7 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Standard returns do not apply to prize items, except for faulty goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


6. The draw

6.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 23 November 2026 NZDT.

6.2 Each standard and bonus entry counts as one chance in the draw.

6.3 The draw will be conducted using a random selection tool, e.g. random.org and witnessed by at least one person / an independent person.


7. Winner notification and claiming the prize

7.1 We will contact the winner by email on the day of the draw, using the address linked to their entry.

7.2 The winner must reply within  5 days to claim the prize. If they don't reply, or don't meet these terms, we will draw a new winner using the same method.

7.3 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that we may publish their first name and town or city on our website, emails and social media.

7.4 The Promoter may offer additional benefits to entrants at its discretion.


8. Privacy

8.1 We collect entrants' names, email addresses and cart details to run this promotion and to send marketing emails entrants have subscribed to.

8.2 Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails (see clause 4.6 for how this affects an entry).

8.3 Personal information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy at https://www.nude-alchemist.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants can ask to access or correct their information by contacting hello@nude-alchemist.com.


9. General conditions

9.1 We may disqualify any entry, or any entrant, that we reasonably believe involves fraud, tampering, automated entries or conduct against the spirit of the promotion.

9.2 We are not responsible for entries that can't be recorded because of technical issues, including carts that can't be linked to an email address, browser settings, or website or email outages.

9.3 If something outside our reasonable control affects the promotion, we may change, suspend or cancel it. Any changes will be posted on https://www.nude-alchemist.com › pages › win-your-cart-terms-and-conditions

9.4 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from this promotion or the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9.5 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.

9.6 Our decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
